• We accept Cash or Internet Transfer (EFT) for Payment Only.
• Sorry, We do not accept Credit Card for your security.
• Customer only need to pay when they come collect their stock OR the stock is confirmed in stock before delivery.
• However we may require a deposit if it is a special request item.
• Customer can pay Cash or EFT If they come collect from our store.
• Please Email/Bring EFT Proof of payment on collection.
• We Do Not Accept Cash Deposit as the bank will charge cash deposit fees.
• We Do Not Accept Cheque Deposit as this will take up to 10days to clear before the stock will be release.

We use ARAMEX/The Courier Guy Door to Door Courier to addresses within South Africa Only.
Postnet to Postnet, Paxi & PUDO Locker Delivery Service Also Available.
Delivery Charge: R99 Flat Rate.
Free Shipping for Orders Over R2000.
Delivery time: Next Day for Major Center, 2-3 Days for Other Areas.

Items in stock can be collect/deliver immediately.
Items need to be order from supplier takes 2-3 working days to process.

Terms & Conditions

• We are not VAT Registered.
• All components carry one year repair warranty from original date of purchase.
• Price and specifications subject to exchange rate and subject to change without prior notice.
• However we will try to keep all the price up to date, we will confirm the final price when an order is received.
• Errors and Omissions Excepted.
• Terms are strictly CASH or INTERNET TRANSFER.
• No cash refund can be done under any circumstances.
• All credit must be return to us within 48hrs in original condition, packing & documents subject to 10% surcharge.
• We do not accept returns on consumables like CD, DVD, Ink Cartridge & Laser Toner.
• We do not accept returns on software & operating systems due to privacy issue.
• No Warranty on Modem/PSU/Motherboard damaged by power surge or lightening.
• No warranty on components that got burn marks on it.
• Warranty void if serial no, seals or label is missing or tempered with.
• We are not responsible for data lost during repairs or any cause from any hardware failure. Please do a backup regularly.
• We are not responsible for any damage due to the use of ink refill or generic cartridge, and manufacturer may void the warranty if they find ink refill or generic ink cartridge is use.
• No warranty or service can be done without original invoice.
• All Repairs not collected within 60 days will be discarded.
• Stocks remains the properties of CreateNow (Pty) Ltd until fully paid for.
• Battery Warranty: Due to the high frequencies of the load shedding, there is no longer guarantee on the battery run time. The battery included in the UPS unit is classified as a consumable item and does not come with a warranty specifically for its runtime. This implies that any flaws or malfunctions in the battery within the warranty period will be covered by the warranty for the period of 6 month. However, it's important to note that the battery warranty is limited in scope. Any damage to the battery resulting from continuous power failures, overloading, or misuse will not be covered by the warranty.
