Warranty Policy on Solar Products.

All solar products (Inverters, Batteries & Solar Panel etc) to be installed by a qualified Electrical Wireman or Master Electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour.

A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued once installation complete, specific to the installation of the system. The installation must be compliant with SANS 10142 and all its parts.

Any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, valid COC and proof of a qualified Electrical Wireman or Master Electrician installing the device can be rejected and render the warranty claim void.

 Warranty void if serial no or seals is damaged or tampered with.

The Warranty does not cover:
- Access, labour and transport costs.
- Consequential damages including but not limited to loss of revenue.
- Claims by third parties other than the Customer;.
- Defects of installation.
- Goods damaged as a consequence of incorrect installation.
- Accessories for installation not supplied by us.
- Damage to Goods caused by misuse, improper handling or unauthorized modification;.
- Loss or damage occurring whilst in transit.
- Accidental damage or products tampered with.
- Damages caused by Over Voltage or Under Voltage to the unit.
- Labour, travel and delivery (to and from customer) will be charged if goods returned found  not faulty following a warranty claim.
